If yes, then you might have already used the term, “Sepanx” to describe what you are feeling. “Sepanx” is a very famous expression used by many nowadays, but if you haven’t heard of it yet, this is a term formed by combining the words, “Separation” and “Anxiety.” According to www.psychologytoday.com, “Separation anxiety refers to excessive fear or worry about separation from home or an attachment figure.” The idea of being away or separated from something or someone who is so dear to you really gives this feeling that gets to the heart. But when fear and sadness creep in, what should you do? Should you wallow in gloom and perceive the world as a lonely place or face the future head on and be of good cheer as you wait for more exciting times ahead?
