She shared tips na makaka-help sa atin how to cope with the new normal and one of them is to remember that this situation is both uncertain and temporary. “Take this opportunity to allow your mind to breathe. Pag-isipan natin ‘yung mga bagay na dapat tayong maging grateful and focus on the things you can control let go of the things that you cannot control,” sabi niya. Be kind to yourself and let others help you, because believe it or not, hindi lang ikaw ang nakaka-experience niyan.
